Join us for an 8 week DBT skills and process group.
This group is to help adults with improving work/life balance, communication, boundaries and reducing stressors. Ideal group for adults who feel exhausted, overworked, under-appreciated, sad, confused, hopeless or just need a little extra support from others who understand.
Learn DBT Skills to help manage emotions, improve interpersonal communication, navigate stress and increase mindfulness. Connect with other adults in a supportive environment.
$50 Per Session. Insurance Coverage Possible.
