Please join us for a deeply healing, relaxing and nurturing evening that will fill your mind and spirit with the gentle grace of gratitude. In this workshop, you will be immersed in the warm glow of candlelight as we take time to reflect on the year and offer thanks for all that we have and for all that is to come. Through meditation, breath-work, restorative yoga, and journaling we will move in a way that enables body, breath, and mind to work in unity towards cultivating gratitude.
The practice of gratitude helps us redefine our perspective on life and cultivate a sense of inner peace. This allows for a more expansive sense of the world, helping us to move forward with strength and love. The journey into gratitude offers the opportunity to have a profound shift in how we live our lives.
Open to everyone. No yoga experience needed.
