A six-week series designed to introduce teens to simple tools they can use at home, school, work and in social settings to help relieve physical, mental and emotional tension from stress & anxiety. Practices will include mindful movement, controlled breathing, meditation and relaxation to calm your nervous system, improve focus and relieve you from the mental and physical challenges of anxiety.

No yoga experience needed.ย  An open heart and mind encouraged.
