Self-Compassion for Tweens – 6 Week Group

Saturdays from 10am-11am Starting January 18th

In this group we will learn to practice self-compassion and the act of being a good friend to ourselves and others.

We will discuss:

  • Friendship skills – what is it to be a friend to ourselves and others?
  • Common humanity – we are more similar than different
  • Mindfulness skills – practice being present with what is, in the moment
  • What is self-care?
This group is for girls and boys ages 10-12. Join us and learn to practice self-compassion!
