Sharon Mohan is a Mental Health Counselor, Life Coach and Certified Daring Way™ Facilitator. The Daring Way™ is an empirically based training and certification program for helping professionals, based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. The work focuses on courage building, shame resilience, and uncovering the power of vulnerability.
This group is based off of Brené Brown’s game-changing New York Times bestseller The Gifts of Imperfection—which has sold more than 2 million copies in more than 30 different languages, and Forbes recently named one of the “Five Books That Will Actually Change Your Outlook On Life”.
Join the wholehearted revolution by diving into the 10 Guideposts of Wholehearted Living, and dig deep into what it feels like to choose authenticity and worthiness for yourself.
Now more than ever, we all need to cultivate feelings of self-worth, as well as acceptance and love for ourselves. In a world where insults, criticisms, and fears are spread too generously alongside messages of unrealistic beauty, attainment, and expectation, we look for ways to “dig deep” and find truth and gratitude in our lives.

Week 9: Cultivating Calm and Stillness: Letting Go of Anxiety as a Lifestyle

- Craft materials to personalize workbook (crayons, pencils, stickers, stamps, washi tape, magazines, scissors, scotch tape)

GROUP WILL BE HELD IN A LARGE OPEN SPACE, ALLOWING FOR AT LEAST 6FT BETWEEN PARTICIPANTS.
