Wise Mind Practices: 6 Week DBT Skill Group for Teens Join us for an 6 week DBT skills group: WISE MIND PRACTICES Mondays from 6:30-7:30pm Starts September 12th Ages 13-18 – All Genders Welcome Middletown, NY Led by Ashley Crover, LMHC, C-DBT Learn to utilize mindful practices in daily life! Through learning Wise Mind practices, teens can learn to reduce suffering, increase happiness, increase control of their mind and experience reality as is. Week 1: Orientation and Goals Week 2: Intro to WISE MIND Skill Week 3: WISE MIND Implementation & Discussion Week 4: HOW and WHAT Skills Orientation Week 5: HOW and WHAT Skills Implementation & Discussion Week 6: Review and Summary – How to practice in REAL life and learning to “Walk the Middle Path”. Learn DBT Skills to help manage emotions, improve interpersonal communication, navigate stress and increase mindfulness. Connect with other teens in a supportive environment. $50 Per Session.
