This 90-minute workshop for tweens is a beginner friendly class including mindfulness and movement alongside a guided creative art project. Using the breath, mindfulness and a playful yoga sequence, you will connect to the mind and body to creatively express yourself, honor your unique gifts and embody kindness and beauty within yourself and others.
All supplies will be provided and attendees will go home with their creative art project.
This yoga class will be taught from a HAES approach, trauma informed and mental health perspective.
*All are welcome and class is accessible for all bodies.*
