Young Adult DBT Summer Support Group Join us for a 10 week DBT skills group: DBT Skills for Young Adults Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm Starts June 5th Ages 18-24 – All Genders Welcome Middletown, NY Led by Ashley Crover, LMHC, C-DBT Learn to utilize DBT practices in daily life! Goals of DBT: – Increase Mindfulness and Happiness – Learn How To Improve Interpersonal Communication – Understanding How To Regulate and Manage Emotions -Survive and Manage Crises -Navigate Stress Connect with other Young Adults in a supportive environment. $50 Per Session.
