Join us for a 10 week DBT skills group:

DBT Skills for Young Adults

Mondays from 6:00-7:00pm

Starts June 5th

Ages 18-24 – All Genders Welcome

Learn to utilize DBT practices in daily life!

Goals of DBT:

– Increase Mindfulness and Happiness

– Learn How To Improve Interpersonal Communication

– Understanding How To Regulate and Manage Emotions

-Survive and Manage Crises

-Navigate Stress

 Connect with other Young Adults in a supportive environment. 

$50 Per Session. Insurance Coverage Possible.
Once sign up is complete, our Director of Group Therapy will contact you to welcome you to group and help answer any questions you may have.
