Take a mindful moment, up to ten minutes, to write yourself a self-care love letter.
💜 Collect a pen and paper.
💜 Settle yourself into a cozy safe space.
💜 Give thought to how much you appreciate yourself. 
💜 Write a list of the positive things you want to say to yourself, just like you would to someone special in your family, to your boyfriend or girlfriend, or to your best friend.
💜 Sign the letter with Love.
💜 Choose a safe place to stash your handwritten note, like a place you will easily remember to go when you need a pick me up.
💜 Select a date in the future, one or two months away, to take your self-care love letter out of safe-keeping. Read and reread the self-affirmations you wrote to uplift your mood and reduce your anxiety.
