Life is HARD as a kid. We have all these feelings, sometimes we don’t even know what we’re feeling, and it can be a challenge to regulate those emotions. This group provides a safe, fun place for your child to learn to recognize a range of emotions, in themselves and others, as well as learn coping skills to better handle difficult emotions and situations. Based on the Zones of Regulation framework, this group will focus on emotional intelligence, and coping skills.
