Accelerated Resolution Therapy

Experience the power of rapid recovery! ART is shown to achieve benefits much quicker than other therapeutic modalities (usually within 1–5 sessions). We currently have 16 Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) Trained Specialists who are ready to help speed up your healing process through this wonderful evidence-based treatment!

Child, Family, & Couple's Counseling

Our specialists take a unique and collaborative approach to supporting your family or relationship. We work with children ages 8 and up and their families to support behavioral issues, school anxiety, divorce, and more.

Dialectical Behavior Therapy

Nutritional Counseling

We provide a holistic therapeutic approach to nutritional counseling guided by the philosophy of Intuitive Eating. Intuitive Eating is an evidence-based practice that places the focus of therapy on our relationship with food and the impact it has on both our mental and physical health.

Therapeutic Yoga

Psychotherapy meets Yoga. Experience the integration of movement, breathing practices, meditation and guided imagery. This powerful combination promotes greater self awareness, centers mind and body, while enhancing the therapeutic relationship.
