What is Integrative Nutrition?

Integrative Nutrition unites Holistic Nutrition, Behavioral Psychology and Empowerment through Education to provide you with a comprehensive and unique service that transcends mainstream nutrition services and gives you insight into your relationship and behavior patterns with food.

Integrative Nutrition looks at the psychophysiology of how digestion, assimilation, calorie burning and all the nutritive functions of the body are literally and scientifically impacted by stress, relaxation, thoughts, beliefs, emotions, pleasure, eating rhythm, eating speed, awareness, our past experiences, and more.

To put it simply…. There’s a lot more to it than just WHAT you eat.

According to the well accepted research, STRESS has the following impact:

  • Increases cortisol and insulin which signal weight gain
