โœจTake a Mindful Moment: anytime you are reaching for your phone, computer, or tablet, pause for a few seconds. Take four deep breaths.
โœจ Waiting Wisely: whenever you are waiting for something to load online, or you're on hold, relax during these moments instead of opening your browser and multi-tasking.
โœจ Make Mindful Transitions: each time you turn off your electronic devices, take notice of any tensions in your body, notice the sounds that surround you, feel the temperature in the room. Make the transition from a state of hyperfocus to a calm state of mindfulness.
โœจ Turn Off to Turn On: schedule deliberate times when you wonโ€™t use any technology at all whether it be few hours per day, a specific day each week, or a full week-long break. Discover what works best for you. Schedule your break time(s). Enjoy the peaceful moment.
