Young adulthood, which can arise for those in their late teens and early 20’s, is a time of rapid changes and numerous challenges that many find overwhelming. This is a time where one starts to ask the big question “What am I going to do with my life?”
This therapy group provides a space where you can talk about the feelings and challenges you’re experiencing on the threshold of adulthood, such as school and career issues, difficulties with family and peers, sexual identity issues, and so on. In this group you will also learn practical coping skills from evidence-based therapies such as CBT and DBT so that you can be better equipped to handle distress as you navigate life’s transitions. This group and the skills learned within it can be extremely beneficial for anxiety, depression, eating disorders, PTSD and more!
