This group aims to teach your child about emotional identification, emotional regulation, and mindfulness practices all through fun, creative art projects. It will provide a safe space for your child to explore their thoughts and feelings while creating social connections with others.
No artistic talent is required! All that is needed is a desire to learn, create, and be nonjudgmental towards self and others!
