Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, this group offers a supportive environment to explore how simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques can be integrated into your daily life as effective coping strategies.

In each session, you’ll be guided through gentle yoga routines that focus on building flexibility, strength, and relaxation. No prior yoga experience is necessary. All levels of fitness and flexibility are welcome. Come as you are, and leave feeling more centered, calm, and equipped to handle the stresses of everyday life.
