This 6-week series invites you to reconnect with your mind and body through healing elements of breath, journaling, meditation and gentle movement to support you in your eating disorder recovery. In a safe, non-judgemental space, you will have the opportunity to rest your mind, cultivate a deeper sense of presence and experience your body internally, mindfully and with compassion.
By Integrating yoga as a part of your recovery, you will learn skills and yoga philosophy’s that you can take on and off the mat on your healing journey back to self.
This yoga classes will be taught from a HAES approach, trauma informed, mental health perspective and are accessible for all bodies. All are welcome. No prior yoga or meditation experience required. An open heart and mind encouraged.
