This 6-week series invites you to reconnect with your mind and body through healing elements of breath and movement to support you in your eating disorder recovery. In a safe, non-judgmental space, you will have the opportunity to rest your mind, cultivate a deeper sense of presence and experience your body internally, mindfully and with compassion.
By Integrating yoga philosophy as a part of your recovery, you will learn skills that you can take on and off the mat on your healing journey back to self.
This yoga classes will be taught from a HAES approach, trauma informed, and mental health perspective and are accessible for all bodies. No prior yoga or meditation experience required. An open heart and mind encouraged.
