Important Considerations for Telehealth Services

Eligibility and Limitations for Telehealth Services

We are committed to providing accessible mental health care through our telehealth services. To ensure the best possible outcomes, we offer telehealth to clients who meet the following requirements:

  • Ages 18 and up (with exceptions for upcoming graduated seniors).
  • Must be located in New York State during the telehealth session.

However, there are certain situations where telehealth may not be the best option for your safety and well-being. Please note that we are unable to offer telehealth services under the following circumstances:

  • Clients experiencing active eating disorders.
  • Clients with ongoing safety concerns.
  • Clients who have recently been hospitalized for psychiatric reasons.
  • Clients who are under the age of 18.

If you find yourself in any of these situations, we encourage you to seek in-person support for the most effective care. Your safety and health are our top priorities.
