“If compassion does not include yourself, it’s incomplete.” – Buddha
Please join us for a deeply healing, relaxing, nurturing evening that will fill your mind and spirit with the affectionate practice of compassion.
In this workshop, you will be immersed in the warm glow of candlelight as you take time to mindfully and intentionally embody self-compassion. Through meditation, breath-work, restorative yoga, and journaling we will move in a way that enables body, breath, and mind to work in unity towards cultivating compassion.
When we live from a place of compassion, we cultivate a deeper connection to self, create space for curiosity and meet our inner critic with love and kindness. In essence, when we live compassionately we give ourselves permission to be exactly where we are in this very moment.
Open to everyone. No yoga experience needed.
An open mind and heart encouraged.
