Intimacy can be defined as a closeness, a feeling of belonging together, a deep connection both physically and emotionally. This will be a workshop in identifying what intimacy looks like in your relationship and how to make improvements. In this workshop you can expect to discuss what intimacy is, how to express and receive meaningful intimacy, breaking the cycle of lack of intimacy, improving communication, and more. You’ll leave with take home skills and homework to make meaningful improvements after just one workshop!
