This ongoing support group is meant to connect teens in a safe and non-judgemental environment. Teens will be able to
Men & Depression Workshop
Do you often feel lethargic? Are you struggling with feelings of grief or sadness over
little things or even unhappiness in big life changes? Do you feel stagnant like things
never change, or never go the way you plan? Are you struggling with coping with these
feelings, often wishing things were different or finding yourself thinking of the past
often?
Then this workshop can help!
Workshop Highlights:
– Learning effective coping skills for depression and emotion regulation
– Identifying depression symptoms and processing feelings of depression
– Discussing distress tolerance and regulating emotions at work and with family.
– Openly discussing and finding support from peers.
Special Offering by Maureen Lewis, LMSW
$50 per person.
All proceeds from this event will go to the Nourish Your Mind Non-Profit.
A portion of your registration will be helping to provide wonderful services to members of the community that may not be able to afford mental health services on their own.
