Stress can perpetuate us in the sense of ‘stuckness’ or even instigate a pattern of disconnection, dissociation, and avoidance. This integrative yoga workshop offers to bring you back to a place of safety within yourself and move towards healing the fear that keeps you from expanding. Healing is not only a journey of the mind but full body experience meant to be had as one. During this workshop you will learn a basic understanding of the energy centers in the body and movement series to assist in the releasing stress activating the nervous system. Healing through movement encourages the exploration of the relationship between your physical being and consciousness to cultivate a deeper understanding of your symptoms, sensations, and self. This workshop offers a balance to nurture the mind-body connection, by providing the tenderness we deserve with the strength building we need through breathwork, meditation, and embracing the medicine of movement in a supportive, nonjudgmental environment.

*All are welcome and class is accessible for all bodies.*
