This workshop will take your child beyond the mundane process of simply recording their daily events. Therapeutic journaling is an opportunity to channel and challenge the ability to express yourself creatively; further diving into emotions, thoughts, and experiences.
This workshop will provide your child with the tools and guidance needed to improve their overall understanding and experience with journaling, while also providing a sense of empowerment as they take these new skills and techniques home with them. It also serves as a helpful addition to traditional talking therapies.
Great opportunity for those who have been thinking about trying out an ongoing group, but feel they cannot commit in full!
